Our scope of work includes the review of the Financial model, review of methodology, analysis of key assumptions and risk factors and sensitivity analysis. We also performed benchmarking study to the available public information on comparable projects in Ukraine, including review of capital investments, operating expenses, and profitability ratios. Finally, we examined power plants tariffs in Ukraine and made a comparison of these rates in all Ukrainian regions, including the region of the SHPP Project location.
